Terms & Conditions

Swipe Savvy provides growth tools (lead inbox, missed-call text back, booking calendar, review requests, follow-up workflows) and an optional AI receptionist. Payment processing, if offered, is a separate, optional statement review and is not a promise that software or processing is free.

• Proposed one-time setup: $297. Includes one location, one calendar, standard workflows, and supported integrations agreed in writing.
• Setup fee is waived for the first five eligible launch customers in exchange for structured feedback. Positive reviews are not required.
• Month-to-month subscription; cancel before the next renewal.
• Monthly billing begins after the agreed setup checklist passes testing.
• If Swipe Savvy cannot deliver the agreed setup, the setup fee is refunded.
• Payment processing offset: statement review required; savings and fee offsets are calculated based on your actual monthly volume and fee structure.
• Proposed AI overage: $0.50 per minute, only with advance customer authorization.
• Proposed alerts at 80% and 100% of included AI minutes.
• Exact billing increments, allowance resets, rollover treatment, cancellation timing, and usage controls require confirmation before launch.
• Full website builds, custom development, paid advertising, and complex integrations are quoted separately.
• Email support target: response within two business days.

Platform offset depends on processing volume, average ticket size, and business qualification. Payment processing involves a separate, side-by-side statement review. Messaging requires registration, appropriate consent, and approved configuration. Phone, SMS, email, carrier, and other usage charges are additional at disclosed rates.

No checkout or payment is accepted at this stage. All commercial terms and delivery capabilities must be confirmed before launch.

You agree to provide accurate information, to obtain appropriate consent before sending any messages to your contacts, and not to use bought or scraped lists as SMS opt-in contacts. You are responsible for the content the AI receptionist delivers, which is limited to what you have approved.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel before the next renewal. The one-time setup fee is refunded if we cannot deliver the agreed setup.
